What is the white walling? I am not sure what our equivalent is. It seems amazing that you can harl straight on to it.
Houses here are almost universally wrapped in a synthetic material called Tyvek - it provides a wind and moisture barrier. Before harling, they stapled chicken wire over the entire surface.
We have Tyvek or its equivalent too. What deceived me was its spooky neatness.
